Live Arrival Guarantee

Live Arrival Assurance

I strive to ensure every animal arrives healthy and safely. While I do not offer a full live arrival guarantee at this time, I do provide the protections outlined below.

1. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Window

If an animal arrives deceased, you must contact me within 1 hour of the package’s recorded delivery time and provide:

•  A clear video of the animal
• A photo of the shipping label  
• A photo of the packaging  

Failure to follow these steps will void all protections.

2. DOA Coverage

If the claim is approved, I offer the following options:

• 50% refund, or  
• Full credit toward another snake of equal or lesser value  

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Customer Responsibilities
This assurance is only valid if all of the following conditions are met:

• The animal is received on the first delivery attempt
• Temperatures are within the safe shipping range
• The customer is present to sign for the package  

If any of these conditions are not met, the Live Arrival Assurance becomes void.
