 Refund & Return Policy

All reptile sales are final.
Due to biosecurity and safety concerns, reptiles cannot be returned or exchanged once they leave my care.

Refunds may be offered only under the following circumstances:

DOA review is approved

A severe mistake was made in identifying morph/sex (within reason)

Refunds are not provided for:

Buyer’s remorse

Improper husbandry

Failure to read care instructions

Shipping delays outside my control
